I've been spinning these 3 bands a lot recently.  I think I dig Sexcrement the most.  Musically they have it going on, they have some really solid groove parts and some solid riffs on top of that.  

this album is so good.  so many rad slam parts.

It's nice to listen to tristeza after not listening to them for a long time.  Their music really takes me to another world.  That world it takes me to is very peaceful and relaxing.  It's a stress free environment.
