I've been spinning these 3 bands a lot recently.  I think I dig Sexcrement the most.  Musically they have it going on, they have some really solid groove parts and some solid riffs on top of that.  

this album is so good.  so many rad slam parts.

I've been pretty stoked on lots of things recently.  There are a few specific things that have me particularly stoked though....and those are:

School being out (but only for 2 weeks)

Death Metal (Obituary, Cryptopsy, Misery Index, Cannabis Corpse, and tons more)

Sarah (She re decorated her place, its awesome)

Junebug (she's funny)

Coffee (I really dig black coffee now, it rules)
